Educore Prep is Capacity First™ infrastructure for birth–5 learning environments—built on developmental science and designed for real-world implementation.
In the first five years, neural pathways supporting regulation, communication, sustained attention, and cognitive flexibility are shaped through everyday adult interaction and environmental conditions.
Educore Prep’s three-layer implementation model brings developmental science to life in daily practice—so children build capacity through consistent routines, relationships, and learning environments.
We coach adult interaction moves and micro-practices that build regulation, language, attention, and agency through everyday routines.
We help programs design capacity-aligned spaces that reduce friction, support transitions, and increase calm engagement.
We support leaders and families with systems, language, and partnership tools that keep expectations consistent across home and school.
Children are building more than skills—they’re building their sense of safety, their ability to regulate, their confidence to try, and their belief that the world will respond to them.
And development doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens inside an ecosystem that's backed by science.

Capacity First is grounded in developmental science and is the rational response to what we know about brain development birth–5.
The Educator Cohort is an 8-week guided experience for birth–5 educators ready to build Capacity First practices through everyday routines—not activities.
Educators meet weekly, apply simple micro-practices in their own classrooms, and use reflection tools to strengthen regulation, language, attention, and problem-solving.
